Weightloss Starting out

Okay, so I just got back from Pakistan (3 weeks…ugh) and I’m feeling pretty crappy. Well, a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’ve got a bad case of Montezuma’s Revenge (did Montezuma ever visit Pakistan?) but now that I’m on real antibiotics for that, I should be feeling better than I do. So yesterday morning (Sunday, Nov 4th) I called Jenny Craig. I was on Jenny Craig back before I got married and did lose a small amount of weight, but I let it slip after the wedding and didn’t continue. Can you believe that someone (a real LIVE someone) picked up the phone at 8 am on a Sunday morning?? She set me an appointment for 9 am, so off I went. In jeans and a sweatshirt I shlepped myself in to meet this stranger and admit that I have an eating problem!! To make matters much MUCH worse, she took a “before” picture of me. She took my measurements and weighed me. To my horror, I weighed 271.6 lbs!! Then she hooked me up with my food and menu for the week…so here I go! I don’t even have time to “prepare” myself…so I ate my last favorite foods last night as my farewell as I now have to get on this diet today. I’m starting out at a measley 1800 calories per day…HELP!!! Well, here we go….
